The CHI Protocol

chi hypnotherapy protocol
CHI-HypnoTherapy™ is a systematic approach to emotional and psychological difficulties.

The result of thousands of hours of clinical practice, CHI-HypnoTherapy™ is a Concise, Humanistic, Integrative therapy conducted in hypnosis.

There are 5 distinct phases to the treatment. Let me explain a little about how things work. We could be talking of any emotional difficulty, fear, compulsion, habit or unwanted behaviour etc.

The Nuts and Bolts

So, let's say you've been experiencing feelings of anxiety or even panic attacks. You’re feeling scared, afraid that something really terrible will happen – even though you might not know exactly what that terrible thing is. Or maybe you do, but you just feel that you’re not really in control.

You might be feeling sad, short tempered, depressed, or experiencing feelings of low self-worth or low self-esteem.

Or maybe you need to alter some unwanted behaviour that’s interfering with the smooth running of your life, holding you back and stopping you from moving forward and feeling good.

These and many other problems have something in common: feelings. Those uncomfortable feelings happen when we don't take care of the problem that's causing the feeling.

The Key Is In The Subconscious

Identifying our feelings is a key part of CHI-HypnoTherapy™. The fact is that our subconscious is a very strong component—and perhaps the major 'driver'—of our mind. It knows what we need to do in order to overcome that 'uncomfortable feeling'. And CHI-HypnoTherapy™ guides and helps the subconscious mind to do just that.

chi protocol

You see, that 'uncomfortable feeling' you're experiencing probably started from a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of an event that most likely happened in an earlier time of your life, very often in childhood.

Often it's an everyday occurrence that was viewed or interpreted unhelpfully and then forgotten by the conscious mind. (Or sometimes, it was something that was viewed as a real danger, but which the younger person you once were had no way of knowing it would survive.)

As children – and sometimes even as adults –we tend to interpret events and occurrences very personally, and even minor things can sometimes feel like 'the end of the world’. We may even have blamed ourselves for things that really weren't our fault or were beyond our control.

As we grow and experience similar events and occurrences, we internalise the misinterpretation of those events and subsequently reinforce the notion "I’m not safe’ or ‘It was my fault" etc.

As we do this, that uncomfortable feeling of fear or guilt or whatever, intensifies and the feeling becomes part of our history, the history of who we think we are. Unfortunately, we often build our decisions and a whole segment of our identity on that childlike interpretation of our history and that "uncomfortable feeling".

And all of this is done subconsciously.

Returning To The Source

chi protocol
Through CHI-HypnoTherapy™, you are taken safely back to the first time you experienced that 'uncomfortable feeling'. Once that experience is uncovered, the 'Grown-Up You' clarifies and re-interprets what happened to the ‘Younger You'.

When that event or occurrence is clarified, explained and neutralised, then that program stops running in your subconscious—it is 'deleted' and there is no reason for that 'uncomfortable feeling' to remain part of your life. It no longer drives those irrational behaviours and fear-based responses.

Once the 'uncomfortable feeling' is neutralised, then we can live our life in a much more spontaneous, more meaningful and freer way than ever before.

Through CHI-HypnoTherapy™ we no longer need to run from or attempt to anaesthetize those uncomfortable emotions because the 'driver'—for those feelings is simply no longer there.
